Our office is conveniently located 20 miles north of Boston, on the North Shore. For further distant clients we can arrange meetings at one of several satellite offices.

Under ERISA, suit may be brought in any judicial district in which the defendant, insurance company “may be found,” and because most national insurers are present in the jurisdictions in which we are admitted, this is not an impediment to our representation. With the use of telephone conferences, and the ever-more popular Zoom video calls, we can stay in touch despite any physical distance.
